I. Information We May Ask You to Provide
Through our LEAGUE Sites & Services, we collect information about you and/or your student when you choose to provide it to us. You may share details in order to use LEAGUE Sites & Services, purchase products, request information, apply for a role, register for programs, or verify age. In general, we may ask you for:
- Contact information such as name, email address, mailing address, and phone numbers (note to parents/guardians of children: if we know a user is under 13, we ask for parent or guardian involvement);
- Month, day, and year of birth;
- Gender preference;
- Course interests;
- Billing information such as credit card number and billing address;
- User names to third-party systems (for example, Facebook);
- Information shared on forums or chat rooms within our LEAGUE Sites & Services (note to parents/guardians of children: forums and chat rooms allow a child user to share personal information that would be visible to other users);
- Information included in resumes and job applications; and
- Health details, participation limitations or needs, immunization status, and allergy information.
Note to parents/guardians: We only collect the information described above from someone we know to be a child after we receive verifiable consent, unless a limited exception applies. See the section titled "Our Commitment to Children's Privacy" for more.

We may obtain information from third parties and combine it with details collected through our Websites. - Register you or your student in programs;
- Verify your student's age;

VI. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting children's privacy is paramount. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Our LEAGUE Sites & Services are intended for general audiences. If we obtain verifiable consent, we collect, use, and disclose the child's information as described in this statement. Some features, such as forums and chat rooms, allow child users to share comments that may include personal information visible to other users. Parents should advise children of the risks of posting personal information online.
VII. Parental/Guardian Rights
Parents or guardians can review or have their child's personal information deleted and may refuse further collection or use. VIII. Restrictions on Child Users
Children under 13 are prevented from accessing areas of LEAGUE Sites & Services that include client account information or age-inappropriate content as defined by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), unless a parent or guardian approves access.
IX. Forums and Chats
Forums and chat rooms may be available. Content posted there can be read by anyone. Information shared in these areas could include personal details visible to others and is no longer private. We cannot guarantee the security of information disclosed in public areas, and users participate at their own risk. We reserve the right to monitor content and remove age-inappropriate or personally identifiable information.

We may include or offer third-party websites, products, and services on LEAGUE Sites & Services. These third parties maintain independent privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or activities. Our sites may also contain links to other resources provided for convenience. These external sites are not under our control, and accessing them is at your own risk.
XI. International Visitors
LEAGUE Sites & Services are operated on servers located in the United States. By using LEAGUE Sites & Services from the European Union or other regions with different data laws, you consent to transferring your personal information to the United States.

We occasionally amend this privacy statement and reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions at any time. XVII. Your Credit Card Information and Transactions
For convenience, you can have us bill you or pay by credit card. If you choose credit card payment, we keep the card information on file but do not display it online. Your card security number is not stored in our system.
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to safeguard transactions. Your information, including credit card data, is encrypted as it travels over the internet.
XIX. Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy
You and your participant agree not to use social networking sites to offer, display, distribute, transmit, or store material that infringes copyrighted works, trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property rights. The LEAGUE reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are believed to infringe the rights of others.

By using social networking sites or submitting content, you agree that The LEAGUE of Amazing Programmers is not liable for lost or misdirected submissions, technical errors, communication disruptions, or damages caused by computer viruses or site access. LEAGUE Sites & Services and member submissions are provided "as is" without warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this disclaimer may not apply.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold The LEAGUE of Amazing Programmers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with your access to or use of affiliated social networking sites, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or any claim that your submitted content caused damage or violated rights.

The LEAGUE of Amazing Programmers provides opportunities for social networking on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Flickr, and YouTube. These sites are not affiliated with The LEAGUE and maintain their own terms and policies. Please read the Terms and Conditions on each platform.
